Atomic is a fast-growing digital agency known for creating cutting-edge, user-centric digital products for some iconic B2B and B2C brands. We’re looking for a motivated Delivery Manager to join our delivery team and take a key role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our digital projects.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of multiple digital projects from initial scoping through to final delivery. You’ll assist teams consisting of product owners, developers, designers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Your role will involve setting project timelines, managing resources, monitoring budgets, and mitigating any challenges that may arise throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll also be an agile enthusiast, educating teams and clients on ways of working and helping provide the best environment for the team.
In this role, you’ll also play a pivotal part in improving Atomic’s agile delivery processes. We value continuous improvement, and you’ll have the opportunity to implement new practices and strategies that drive efficiency and success across our projects.

Remote & hybrid working - This position can be largely remote but we do think one day per week in our Nottingham office will be needed in order to be successful. You can of course come in more if you wish!
Flexible hours - We have core hours of 10am-4pm but, with agreement from your line manager, you are free to vary your start and finish times.
