The services we offer clients include technical planning & discovery workshops, product design, web / mobile / API development, cyber security and cloud infrastructure. 

 

We're currently recruiting a Senior Software Engineer.

 

First and foremost we’re seeking someone with extensive experience in modern web application development. You’ll need to possess solid .NET Core or ASP.NET Core experience. You’ll also need to have strong working knowledge of SQL along with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. You’ll have experience of working on products with well-thought-out, practical solutions solving real-world challenges and you’re eager to expand your impact even further. 

 

As a Senior Software Engineer at Atomic you’ll be expected to take the lead on projects. With this in mind we are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You’ll adeptly navigate technical discussion and be able to work both together and independently to deliver exceptional quality while being a voice for the direction of Atomic’s technical landscape. Additionally, you’ll be expected to mentor more junior engineers.

Remote & hybrid working - This position can be largely remote but our web team do come into our Nottingham office for one day per month, mainly as a team building exercise. We have a core of staff (engineers and non-engineers) who choose to work from the office more frequently, so you can of course come in more than one day per month if you wish!

 

Flexible hours - Our contracted hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm with 30 mins for lunch. But with agreement from your line manager, and subject to you working our core hours of 10am-4pm, you are free to vary your start and finish times.
