Are you looking to kick start your career in project management? Are you keen to deliver high quality digital projects with hands-on experience in a supportive environment?

Atomic is a dynamic and forward-thinking digital agency working with high-profile clients, including JCB and Rolls-Royce. We specialise in creating innovative, user-centric digital products, and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Delivery Team.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager with the delivery of website projects from the initial concept through to final delivery. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll assist with project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to make sure everything runs smoothly. Monitoring budgets and timelines will be key, and you'll play an important role in keeping projects on track while ensuring quality is maintained.

Your role will also involve communicating regularly with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and making sure everyone stays aligned with the project objectives. With the support of senior team members, you'll learn to identify risks and develop strategies to manage them. Additionally, you’ll contribute to improving our project management processes, helping to streamline how we deliver successful projects.

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in digital project management, ideally with some exposure to website or digital product delivery. You should have a basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach will be key to your success in this role.

This position offers excellent career progression opportunities. With guidance from experienced project managers, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills and grow within the company. You’ll work on exciting projects for a range of clients, gaining hands-on experience while refining your project management abilities in a supportive and collaborative environment.

If you're passionate about project management and eager to build your career in digital delivery, we'd love to hear from you!

PS - You'll notice the salary band is quite wide. We're willing to consider applications from candidates with limited experience but we'd also welcome applications from those who have a couple of years project management experience.
